Avonlea is 5 months old!

 Sweet Avonlea is FIVE months old!  We can't believe how the time is flying!  She is such a good girl (minus the last three days...we think she has started teething and have nick-named her baby shark as she attacks anything that comes close to her mouth).  She finally broke her three hour feeding schedule and will mostly go about four hours between feedings.  She loves to eat!  She can sit up with support and pushes to straight arms while on her belly.  She laughs and coos LOTS!  In fact, she cracks us up with her belly laughs.

 Notice you can only see THREE fingers.  She sucks her left thumb and pointer together.  It is really cute.  We think she picked her left hand because she has some tortocolis in her neck and turns it that way more easily (we are working on the other side).

 Baby yawns are still adorable.  I'm not sure at what point they stop being adorable.

And lastly, we have been celebrating St. Patrick's Day around here for three days (technically, Jack celebrated all week at school).  We had so much fun!  Jack had a party on Friday, then we went to lunch with friends, then we had a kids party on Friday afternoon.  Today we went to some new friends' house for dinner.  It was a party!  Between their five and our three, it WAS a party!  We ate green food and had lots of fun!  It was so fun to see that so many families at church had dressed up in green too (phew, we weren't the only ones!).  I knew I had to try to document it!
