Congrats!

Jeff's brother, Scott and his wife, Estelle had their first baby (a girl) today. That means we are now Uncle Jeff and Aunt Alison and Jack has his FIRST first cousin. Welcome Frances Noelle! She was 7 lbs. 9 oz., 18 inches long. They think she has Scott's eyes, Estelle's chin (complete with dimple which actually runs on both sides) and both their noses. We can't wait for more pictures.
