Yesterday, we had our LAST (until next April when we apply again)
Homestudy Meeting with
LDS Family Services. It is quite the process to adopt. We have had so many appointments I can't count, paperwork that would fill a small room, and lots and lots of prayers! Monday we find out our court date to finalize Jack's adoption. We can hardly wait! Then off to the temple the following Saturday and then we will bless him in our ward on Sunday. Wow! What a ride! But a ride we would do again (we can legally start the process over as soon as the papers are signed in court...so, if you know of any situation... :) )

Congrats, I bet you are ready to let out a big sigh of relief. Adopting is hard work, good luck with finding the next one!! Jack is so cute, and does look really handsome in that hat!!

Thanks for your comment on our blog! It's fun to read your blog because you are at the same stages we our with our adoption. We plan to put our papers back in as soon as Bryson turns one too! Aren't babies just the best??
